It's applicable. With that said read the financials of many many other penny stocks and you will see the same comment.

With this company on it's 4th day of trading this IS a speculative play.

Some positives are;

They have some positives samples from their properties already.

OS is 68mil, 29mil owned by insiders.

Their one and only PR from yesterday stated that more news is coming.

They plan to purchase processing equipment by Aug 2010.

I'm still digging and will post any findings.
