My Mom has 30 homes down in South Alabama that she provides homes for retarded people of that county. Real tear jerker story and right down their line. Its all good, gets them out of the big institutional environment. She just scored a $4.5MM grant under Bush to build an evacuation facility that they will use to do Laundry for the Gulf Coast condo market. Its a nice deal, but needs a massive face lift on most of the homes.
