Well..I drive a lot for my job right now..and I have the radio on all day..I have been listening to reports from Copenhagen on the CBC and it seems there is fierce opposition to the whole plan of carbon credits...what people don't like is putting the onus on those countries and indsustries that pollute by allowing them to offset their harmful behaviors..the other issue is the deforestation of the rainforest..did you know when a tree is cut down all the carbon it stores is released into the environment?

I must admit..I have a boatlaod of this stock....I don't have a great feeling about what is going to come out of Copenhagen and I am paricularly dismayed by my country of Canada and the fact that our prime minister snubbed the confernece by not attending some keynote speeches..

Canada has also said ( the government) that is will not do anything to harm the economy..and that they will protect their relationship with the USA..they said that they feel they may have to lessen their greenhouse emission standards to be more on par with the usa...they made them too high to begin with..

I am disturbed by this news....We still have the gold mining and and diamonds..but the whole cc thing to me is up in the air..
You should all do yourselves a favour and read up on what really is going on..

The market place to trade carbon credits is not a foregone conclusion people..that is a fact...

Don't get caught up in the hype...I think we have a good company...but I think the pumping of this whole carbon credit thing is way overboard.
