I've learned my lesson w/ HCFE( now HCEI). I do also think that other people should be forwarned about Ricky and the HCEI then HCFE then HCEI again scam. They DO NOT return phone calls, NOR do they talk with anyone. I also think that people should be leary about sites like bestdamnpennystock.com and others like them that are hired to hype up a stock just to scam the "newbies". Do I want HCEI to succeed? Definitely. Do I think that it is a scam. Definitely.
