Unfortunately it is very hard to do a proper research on OTCBB and Pinks. They don't file, don't release info when they have to and even gag TAs. How is one supposed to do DD in such cases? On the other side - there are huge profits to be made just because of all these 'unknowns'. If these companies were really transparent their stocks would not be as volatile.
