Market bloodbath but the penny plays did well

It's a coin toss now if it breaks it previous low, the problem is the fdic can tell Fsnm it needs to increase ratios to 12% or else, but then the president wonders why no lending. Its all crooked.

If fsnm survives it will be a 5 dollar stock again, but we are going to find out very soon either way.

Wheres the tarp for the regionals.
