I am no longer investing/trading in stocks, and just happen to have "leftover" shares of companies in my old trading account. One of those companies happens to be SLPO or the previous SLAT.

From your DD, it appears that Blue Diamond was given 80 Million shares in exchange for $215K back in 4/08. Then, Wyndom Capital got 10 Million shares as default. Now, Crystal Capital was also given 7.5 Million shares as collateral. Added ALL up, that equals about 97 Million shares to be sold if the lenders wanted to. Now, if I were a lender and saw the other lenders dumping stock, then you bet I would dump as well. Who are they "dumping"/selling them to? Yep, you guessed it, the retail investor. All of these companies are "in bed" with the brokers to sell worthless paper in exchange for "our" valuable paper. This is why I had enough of the scharade of stock investing. If the companies can't get funding from a bank/lender, then they come to "us", the retail investor that knows a pittance of knowledge about the company in relation to the company insiders and the brokers. It's a sham man! Generally, if a company is really worth something, then the banks/lenders/angel investors will put up the gobbs of money they have. ONLY sometimes, meaning a VERY VERY small % of time does a potential company slip through the cracks of the big money boys and find its self trading on the market at a reasonable price. Also,it's VERY uncommon to find a company that is TRULY out to make a great company and not just sell a bunch of paper to outsiders in order to fund their own pockets at the expense of the retail investor!! Again, it's ALL a sham, and the biggest fraud/exchange of money for paper there is. It is called the Stock Exchange for a reason, just not the reason that benefits the true investor.

Sorry for the long winded opinion...just so sick of seeing SO many people loose money in the end of this stock game. The house always wins in the end!!

All-in-all, this company and the massive share holder positions are there for one reason, and one reason only, and that is to sell shares, regardless of anyone but themselves.

Buyer BEWARE!!....and no I am not trying to buy the stock low by bashing it which is so often stated by those currently holding a position.
