"From Capstone website.

New vehicles with C65s unveiled in Milan – Capstone had a strong presence at the 4th
MobilityTech Conference in early October in Milan, when Capstone’s sales team from
Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Africa presented a paper with the company’s new
HEV partner, Zero Emission Mobility of Brescia, Italy. http://zemplc.com/about.php?cid=14 In addition, Zero Emission Mobility
introduced its new aluminum chassis, 10.5-meter bus and promoted its innovative
Refuse Collection Vehicle, both of which include Capstone C65s as range extenders.

Now from the ZEM weblink above we find:

Karl Watkins CEO of Zero Emissions vehicles.

Karl Watkins has done this HEV roll out before, only with FuelCell Hybrides and EVs.

He has the capacity and capability already in place to do it again when/if he is ready to roll....all.

Moving on:

Proton Power Systems did a reverse merger with a company by the name of Proton Motors http://www.proton-motor.de/applications-...

"Proton Motor had historically secured external funding from Volvo Technology Transfer AB and other German institutional and private investors......

Proton Power Systems was formed in February 2006 as a vehicle to facilitate interim funding. Proton Power Systems subsequently acquired Proton Motor in a share for share exchange in April and May 2006."

Proton CEO John Wall Sept 26 2007:

Quote:
"Proton itself moved from a high-cost, low-volume business to a low-cost, high-volume operation. "The stakeholders we've had in recent years - such as Volvo and Karl Watkins - wouldn't have been so keen to get involved a decade or so ago," adds Wall

Fully Electric Small Utility Truck Debuts at Hanover Fair:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> VW/EcoCarrier link is here <<<<<<<<

With the EcoCarrier, EcoCraft has developed a van which provides a solution to all these challenges.

The company manufactures the “EcoCarrier” small truck in collaboration with VW Sarajevo; it is equipped either with a purely electric or optionally with a hybrid (fuel cell) drive system, and is supplied in two versions for use by small tradesmen, public authorities, airports, postal and courier services and above all municipal service departments.

“VW Sarajevo is contributing its many years of competence in automotive construction to the manufacture of the EcoCarrier, and is thereby facilitating the serial production of low-emission light commercial vehicles in increasingly large numbers, while maintaining consistent quality,” declared Giso Gillner, General Manager of EcoCraft Automotive.
