Well, if they were a reporting company, I would indeed be expecting the financials on a timely schedule because it's part of their duty to do so.

Then if they missed the scheduled date I too would be upset and not to thrilled and I could agree somewhat to how some of you feel.

However, that is not the case. Since they are a non-reporting company they are not required to do so. This is a Pink Sheet company plain and simple and IMO one of the better pinks.
