I haven't been able to do an online order with scottrade on spng since the halt... I haven't tried to call in. When someone tries to place an order with ST I hope they give the board a heads up about it. That's one of things about ST that tics me off... when ever a stock gets volatile or moves good they force the phone in crap... you can still demand the online comm but I think it's ST way of controlling their trading....
