Wataire Int'l Signs MOU With Mayfred Corp. - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Tuesday, Wataire International Inc. (WTAR.OB: News ) signed a Memorandum Of Understanding or MOU with Mayfred Corp., a Montreal-based international distributor with exposure to over 12 countries worldwide. Initial commitments are for 300 of the Company's WII-4010 Atmospheric Water Generators in year one, 450 units in year two and 600 units in year three.

Wataire International, Inc., a development stage company, engages in the marketing and distribution of commercial and home/office atmospheric water generation machines. It sells small-scale home/office units, which include an upright model and a countertop model to produce between 4 to 7 gallons of water per day depending on humidity and temperature levels of the location of the unit.
