somehow my message was posted twice so i edited the second one to say this... make no mistake, biomass is coming to massachusetts. too many companies have to much invested for it not too. things are still chugging along, and the businesses involved didnt seemed concerned at all by moratorium on licensing. im sort of surprised this hasnt moved more on this news.
