No matter how you slice it, we are SCREWED again by ol Scotty Boy. 5 Bil to dilute the PPS does not have a chance to go up, the best pump crew in all the land wont get this one to move with Scotty Boy behind the wheel so to speak, he will Crash again, and again and again, it seems to be what he does best.
