Thank you for your interest in Newron Sport.

At this time, the float is estimated at 3 Billion. I am currently working with the management and the transfer agent to determine what percentage of the float is in friendly hands (meaning in the hands of friends, family, people they know very well and trust) and in unfriendly hands. Usually, the float of most companies has a larger percentage held in friendly hands.

Management has stated they do not anticipate any further dilution in the near future.
