I do not see any mention of assay reports and geological reports having been conducted for Blouse and Copperstone properties therefore from my experience I know no buyer will pay 100M+ for properties which do not have proven reserve (meaning proven gold reserve).

It is all about proven reserve!!! Who will put up 100M to buy properties that have not been proven!!! Its not going to happen without proven reserve and that mining is able to commence. Waiting for someone to come up with facts of assays being done however if there are not any assays on these properties then I know those who stay in will get crushed and the flippers will gain!!!!
