Skies, GTLA business is register in Nevada with an office in Fullerton. You can search google map with the address and see it is in a building shared with two other companies. The main partner in GTLA is Dan Starcsewski who runs a company that is part of GTLA. It is Planet Nutrition in charlotte NC and you can find info on them planetnutritiononline.com. The whole thing is up in the air right now because back in Sept. there were several PRs released touting a new business formation called Sovereign Bank services. It sounded very promising but then they dummied up and the only info we have been able to get since that time is from Tom Parilla, the IR (ph 814-824-4326). He has told several of us that, in fact, the company is forming and is about to release a major PR followed by many additional positive PRs. This all started about two weeks after the last PR and has been going on every since. Everyone, including me is tired of the continued delay and we are all putting our faith in one person and trying to back up what he says with research on what he says. I am still believing it is coming but I am uncomfortable with the delay and the fact they have released no interim PR to give us something to go on. I feel if they do not release some form of PR soon that the jig will be up and we will all be going elsewhere.
