vero, the "effective date" is May 29, 2008. also in regards to the April 14 2009 10K that refers to "on or before Dec. 10th", read section 19 on page 12 of the original agreement. CLAWMANN, Am I reading that right, no other draft of the agreement may be relied on? LOS
