No information is given to shareholders. As an example, back in May of 2009 they voted to change the name of this company from Portrush Petroleum to Westbridge Energy and do a 1 for 10 reverse split. This information was never disclosed to the shareholders. We only found out this week when the actual name change took place and the stock symbol PSH disappeared and a new symbol WEB appeared. They originally had some activity in Michigan and no one knows what happened there, then they got involved in a partnership in Texas which has produced very little income, then they claim to have completed a successful well in Ontario but have never released any information about it, and later claimed that they were going to drill in Louisiana. For those of us who have been long time shareholders it has been a real nightmare. I can honestly say it is about the worst company I have ever heard of or been involved with. Apparently companies on this canadian exchange are not required to meet any type of reasonable business disclosures and the companies can do anything they like without ever informing their shareholders about their activities.
