A capital raise to fund growth is a little more tolerable to take than a capital raise to pay off past obligations. They appear to have invested all their income this year in PP&E, which bodes well for growth going forward, but it has been at the expense of staying current on their bills. Perhaps the investments they've made this year will pay off in short order thereby reducing the need or limiting the amount needed in any capital raise.
