Zogby projects Kerry winning Electoral College By Rex Nutting
WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- The last campaign poll from Zogby International projects Sen. John Kerry will win the presidency with 311 electoral votes, according to the 5 p.m. poll released Tuesday. Bush has wtih 213 votes, with 14 too close to call. Kerry would win all of the major battleground states, including Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania, the pollster said. However, Zogby's poll gives President Bush a narrow 49.4 percent to 49.1 percent lead in the popular vote, well within the margin of error.
