We seem to be coming full circle again.

You're still talking CashNow? Yes, it's ancient history, but don't take my word for it. Email IR and ask some questions.

Does CashNow currently have any connection with China Good Life Corp? Per July 24, 2008 PR: "The issuer is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to sell and spin out its North American division."

NO. THAT ASSET WAS SOLD TO SOME GROUP WHO ORIGINATES LOANS. GLCC TOOK THE SOFTWARE AND SYSTEM ETC FOR CHINA ADAPTATION FOR MICRO LOANS.

What were the terms? Dunno. Ask.

FlashCashNow.com was sold for $100K? What's the connection with either GLCC or CashNow?

Now the CEO of this company claims he paid 100k for the domain then changed the name to FlashCashNow.

What CEO? Hope you don't actually believe that there is any connection with GLCC. Also, I seriously doubt that Miro would pay $100K for a domain. Would you?

Your main point is valid. Shareholders should know what we're buying and what we're selling. To my knowledge, Haorizi is still part of GLCC and has NOT been spun off yet. Therefore, there's nothing to talk about as far as terms. If you find out differently from IR, let us know. However, I would think that they would PR the news.
