It is hard to say. If The FTC needs more time to investigate then the proceeding will certainly take longer. Don't expect a litigated FTC decision for 2 or 3 years and that does not include an appeal.

A Consent Decree would come sooner and that is the likely outcome. But it is really too early to make meaningful forecasts.
