I know what YOU meant, but when you make the statement that you made, you were "saying" something different than you meant.
The problem isn't that I have trouble with the English language -- it's quite the opposite. I was just informing you how other people who speak English would read what you wrote. When you tell people the old CFO did some silly things, and you don't want to talk about it further, whether they are "stupid" or not, most people aren't going to lock arms and sing and say "that's cool" when you dangle a poison-tipped carrot in front of them.
Any idea why the big unexplained share count jump? I went through every filing mentioning every share of preferred stock, every option, and every warrant yet there's millions of new shares that simply do not add up.
