I disagree, he was talking about the larger longer term picture of the cyclical effect the carbon market will have. But he spent too much time on that part, the main thing was that it put the responsibility back into the politicians laps, if they do their job we'll do ours. good stratedgy for the political bs thats flying around it all right now.
