Time will tell. A LOI does not mean that much but a signed contract does. So far Tom has done a good job telling us what he is doing. Now the market is waiting for results before they jump in to move the stock. I believe he will come through on what he is saying. I believe he put out a lot of PR's do to the situation with the NSS & MM's.
