Mel Roseman, an expert in corporate turnarounds with a track record of significantly improving

> Acquired C-Power, a $40MM electronics company out of bankruptcy, retaining and growing the existing business in power supplies and medical test equipment during restructuring, securing new customers in military and aerospace products and selling company to a strategic buyer.
> Turnaround of an Enduro Systems, an $80mm multi-division manufacturing company with products ranging from fiberglass structural components and engineered environmental control products to bulk and liquid material handling equipment to refining and petrochemical equipment and maintenance services.
> Implemented operational improvements in nuclear power plants, refining and petrochemical plants and pulp and paper industry.
> Turnaround of Nexus Custom Electronics, a multi plant $12 million custom electronics manufacturing company that was on the verge of bankruptcy and eventually sold to a strategic buyer. Products included missile power supplies, wind mill generator control systems, robot controls, 2 way multiplex communications products and other aerospace and medical control products.
