I am holding a lot of QEDN. I am not a basher. Just come to my mind.

My concern here is if the company can not get 75% shares which is supposed to give the partner of reverse merge from market due to lack of money, what is the possibility to have a Reverse Split? By RS, the company would have enough shares to transfer to partner of reverse merge?

Any comments?
