I’ve refrained from posting here for months because I realized the futility of making any attempt to defend the President from the daily hatred posted against him.

More importantly, I refrained from posting because I was not going to be drawn into this place’s daily exercise in diverseness and the politics of personal attacks, character assassination and destruction. I have nothing against Kerry and I wasn't interested in attacking Kerry simply because I preferred Bush. In my short 42 years of life I've learned a simple fact that hatred unbalances the hater and I don't have the time nor the inclination to waste my days here hating.

This morning I voted and tomorrow I will put my support behind America’s next President, whether his name is Bush or Kerry. I’m an American first and a republican second.
