Kern's expansion plans are interesting. Sounds like they have developed a new business model that's getting some attention and Deros decided to jump on it with the new location of their subsidiary operations.


Key information from Kern PR back in February:

"This new location will serve as an incubation point for the companies' expansion to other locations."
