Cut the BOD some slack? You are kidding right? As a shareholder, any significant information should come to me in the form of an 8K i.e. the auction of the patent for starters. If that is not significant then I don't know what is. I should not have to depend on this message board to inform me on information that pertains to my investment. It is the duty of the BOD to get it to me.....and that is just one of the places they have failed the shareholders.
