I wasn't aware that it should be looked down upon for not filing in a timely fashion? We are talking about a non-sec reporting pink sheet company, right?

Sure, it would be nice to be able to expect them on certain time frames but reality is that they do not have to disclose them to us. I guess I don't expect that from a non-reporting company just happy to see them if they choose to disclose them.

If I was so concerned on timely filings, I probably wouldn't be here in pink land.
