Yes; announcing 3Q results and posting the filings with better numbers than last years would be a PR of substance. I just don't think that the CEO cares whether he posts the numbers before Xmas. He is probably too busy with running the company and not focused on a traders wants and needs. I would think a CEO would focus on keeping long term investors happy vs rushing financials just to time a seasonal PPS run
