What are your thoughts on Hol+ considering recent news of delisting?

On CNAM ,even if you accept your conservative net profit margin of 7%, with revenue of $330 mil/yr with new recycling plant, EPS of $2.2 for a SP of $3 gives P/E of less than 1.5--very cheap
