What was the significance of December 10th exactly?
Was it the date where Iain had to SELL the company, in order to pick up a multimillion dollar bonus? Seeing that NEOM wasn't sold, as we know of now, is there a new 'bonus deal' in the works for a future sale?

Exactly what is happening with Iain's employment contract?
Was it expiring? If so, was it renewed? Or will it be renewed?
