Are your orders larger than 2500? Also who is your Broker?

If you are using a retail broker like Scottrade/TD Ameritrade you will most likely route through NITE.. if there is an offer higher than yours it will show that offer.

ETMM is E-Trade/foreign

UBSS is a few retail brokers

The rest are through ECN's or direct access routes.
