Depends, if they pay the divy based on the previously stated record date. That is if the pay at all?

My guess is if by some act of god this is all REAL that the dividend will be some subset of the previous, like .0001 or something.

Anyway, we'll see. I'm not holding my breath.

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
