They moved the closing date to mid Jan. I would suspect it is because the $4/pps price that JS offered is down 25% and they are waiting for the price to go back up or adjusting the number of shares up for the $2MM. The other possibility could be to get the WLSA market cap up to near equal to the $7+MM value in CNIC. Or it could be for a dozen other reasons by either side. Who knows?
