I think we all know what the results or outcome of any lawsuit against SPNG will be. The big law firms raking in 90% of any judgment, and any chance of SPNG making $$ to help shareholders profit now or in the future will be spent on defending the class action. I won't be any part of any class action. But you all are free to do what you like.. And this of course is just my layman's opinion.
