I agree I think Tom is also trying to appease the MM's and is trying to let them know they really have a problem if he is telling the true. I think the odds are he is because he has put too much out in writing on these issues. I think a little more time will tell. A good sign if it is one is we had 1b vol. without ST & TDA. So people are getting around them to trade.
