Couldn't disagree with this statement and most others on this board any more,

Greg, I really don't know who you are trying to prove, us the shareholders, or Lakesha herself. You're so passionate and arrogant at times. I can understand this, because I am the same way. I've helped family business go from 2 mil in revenue to 17 mil in 5 years. Yup, I'm arrogent and passonate too. But I've learned there's a time and place for that. A youtube video isn't it.

You're a brilliant computer programer, you have knowledge in this field that we wouldn't ever comprehend. However you're a horrible business man. That's right Greg, you're a brilliant programmar, but horrible business man. Say it over and over in your head, because the sooner you realize this, the sooner you and your company will shine like the computer talent you are. But you've got to admit this fact, or we are all doomed.

Systems, systems, systems Greg. If you had company structure this would have never happened. You can have the best product in the world, but if you have zero checks and balances, and lack of systems in place this is what happens. Get yourself an outside consultant, and have them hire their replacement when the day to day bs runs itself. You just concentrate and create new products for the company and shareholders. This is actually a good lesson for you to learn, and it's gonna be a steep learning curve from here. Outside consultant, sytems. systems, systems, checks and balances.
