can someone verify if PSC was indeed given 400K FREE TRADING shares
to promote ENTK with CE in place and no web site ?

$400,000 to promote a stock ?

maybe $40,000 but that is also a LOT of money for a stock with a CE and no web site

( most promoters get about $25K max! to promote a small company stock )

and BTW, how would PSC unload 400,000 shares without completely destroying the PPS ?

maybe they'll wait for that 300% near term rise in PPS to cash in $1,200,000
