Thirty day has September,April June and November.............all the rust have 31 days...........except February...

So the middle of December is 15.5 days...........that you have to round off to the 16th.Then after you take in to account the Coriolis effect of the earth and subtract it by the adiabatic lapse rate you come up with some where around the middle of the month............give or take some slippage because stuff happens in Life.........IMO.
