I think that the best thing we can do IF we REALLY believe in BEHL's future is to continue to accumulate and hold.

Eventually, we will reduce the float. When sustainable revenue growth is reported quarter after quarter there will be more investors chasing fewer shares.

This will happen within the next 8 months. I believe alot of those contracts will be fulfilled and reported.
