after the several calls i had with gil on thursday i tend to agree with jersey that it could be a mistake to write off in 2009. jmo, but i will hold on. he promised to call me before Christmas with an update on what the company is doing and finite date on which i can expect payment. i did promise not to reveal anything he told me other than that, except that he did promise again that i would get repaid in full. In addition, he again promised i would get the 1M (tradeable) shares he owes me once we start trading. again, i appreciate the support of all of you to help me get repaid.
