Ok someone please correct me if I am wrong here. The PR's that I keep seeing posts referring to are the ones from 11/13 and 11/18.

The 11/13 PR states:

"will be closed and settled no later than December 15, 2009 and will start closing the 4 acquisitions immediately thereafter.

The extra $200 million dollars will allow us to close acquisitions #5&6. We have started the due diligence process on these and will be acquiring both of these in early 2010."

The 11/18 PR states:

"This primary funding instrument will provide a $350 million cash infusion into Quasar. Closing documents are being prepared and closing is scheduled for mid-December."

So therefore if the above is correct we should really only be expecting to hear about the funding on 12/15. That being said does that mean samplescave is wrong?
