is there anyway to utilize the Freedom of Information Act to gain access to Spongetech's financials. this is a publicly traded company for which I am an investor in and I should have rights to obtain this information regardless of a pending investigation. the SEC should be required to comment so investors are not left in the dark. one way or another what is going on right now is criminal whether its management or the SEC. going to be 4 months pretty soon and in a month we will be delinquent on another 10-Q
