Baruch,

So you believe that Dean is fraudulently going through the motions without any hope of approval? Cmon man I know your down on this stock but that's a little extreme!

It's my belief Dean will get his approval...whether that happens sooner or later I'm not sure. I'm thinking 1st or 2nd quarter.
My bigger concern is to what degree is the device limited by the FDA labeling issues and do they have enough capital to keep the lights on. If the FDA slaps some narrow range of procedures DVIS can work on we are gonna get cooked. Of course if they rubber stamp it for generic use it might be a multi billion dollar application. No one knows for sure. FDA must happen then you will know whether this machine is received well or not and whether Dean can actually manufacture make them in volume. Chap 2 is approaching
