There is now a new MM on this stock. PENA is sitting tops on the ask and is on the bid at half its ask. They have to be short ing the stock. I have been here quite awhile and have NEVER seen PENA working the stock. Then, all of the sudden, they're tops on the ask? They're selling borrowed shares IMO. If this were dilution, it wouldn't be routed through a brokerage house in Idaho. One of our neighbors up North is sitting on this thing right now. I hope they get caught.
