He diluted up to the 5B and tried to make it look good by retiring the 2b shares. He will not address the o/s. This is my opinion. With the times we are in the only way to get deals done is to have cash on the barrel head and I guess he does not have enough now. I cannot see what the next pr's will have to say except more fluff of what they are looking at - today's pr is saying they need cash to do anything.
