Called Karen this morning and got through
She was very polite and friendly
Unfortunately she has no news for us at this time
but said to check in with her a few times a week.
The new president apparently is not the same person as mentioned previously on this board, rather supposed to have mining experience and probably is interim.

The question whether we still have an active company remains hanging in the air, only time will tell. imo
